A. Anthony McLellan
Chairman

Mr
McLellan lived abroad for more than 25 years where he served
as the chief executive of a number of companies, including
as president and CEO of the predecessor of Barrick Gold.
Mr McLellan is currently chairman of Bemax Resources NL and
a director of Allomak Limited and a previous Director of Felix
Resources Limited. He is active in the not-for-profit world
where he is a director of The Menzies Research Centre and
Opportunity International Australia and chairman of Habitat
for Humanity Australia Incorporated. |

Jon Parker

Mr
Parker has broad experience in the resource and energy sectors
with Rio Tinto (26 years) and more recently as managing director
of Felix Resources Limited. He has a history of creating strong
and sustainable value for business through robust strategic
thinking, innovative and inclusive leadership practices and
sound decision making.
In his capacity as managing director of Felix Resources, the
Company's market capitalisation grew from $17M to over $500M
in 4.5 Years. Major accomplishments in that role include the
acquisition of White Mining Limited, a $61M capital raising
and development of the Minerva coal mine. |

Tim Prowse
Technical Director |

Mr
Prowse graduated from Sydney University with a degree in Mining
Engineering in 1978 and is a Member of the Australian Institute
of Mining and Metallurgy. He has over 25-years' experience in
the industry, primarily in gold mining and has broad experience
in coal and base metals.
He holds a first class South African Mine Manager’s certificate
and has worked throughout Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea,
Zimbabwe and South Africa. During his career, Mr Prowse has
contracted to Australian and overseas mining companies focusing
on feasibility studies, mine management and rehabilitation.
Over the past 15 years he has successfully operated a private
mining and earthmoving contracting business based in the Central
Burnett area of central Queensland and is a director of Gold
Aura Limited and Micona Mining Pty Ltd. |

Mark McCauley

Mr
McCauley is Managing Director of the Queensland-based private
equity firm RRM Capital. His previous professional experience
includes four years as Chief Financial Officer for a large Australian
coal producer and Director of Strategic Development for a private
resource investment company. He has fulfilled various technical
and operational roles with Mount Isa Mines. Mr McCauley holds
a First Class Metalliferous Mine Manager’s Certificate
and is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced
General Management Program. He completed a Master of Business
Administration at Bond University, Queensland, in 1994. |

Leni Stanley

Ms
Stanley is a partner of Stanley Yeates & Associates, Chartered
Accountants. She is company secretary of, and provides accounting
services to, a number of ASX-listed entities and has over 20-years'
experience in this field with emphasis on companies engaged
in the resource sector. |

Simon Brodie

A graduate
of the Queensland University of Technology, Mr Brodie is an
accomplished finance executive with a strong background in the
resources industry. Prior to joining Norton he served as the
Chief Financial Officer at Tamaya Resources, which experienced
rapid growth during his tenure. Mr Brodie’s expertise
in developing sound financial strategies and managing organisation
change will assist in positioning Norton as a significant Australian
gold producer. Mr Brodie has assumed responsibility for Norton’s
key finance activities, including financial reporting, group
funding and treasury functions, and he contributes significantly
to the company’s corporate strategy. |

Jon Price
General Manager, Paddington |

Mr
Price holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science,
postgraduate qualifications in Extractive Metallurgy and a Master’s
Degree in Mineral Economics. He has worked in the WA gold sector
for 13 years in both technical and general management roles,
most recently, at Gold Fields St Ives operation near Kalgoorlie.
His previous roles at operations throughout the Goldfields region
has given him an extensive understanding of local mining operations
and he has assumed responsibility for the development of the
Paddington Gold Mine into a world class asset. |

Andre Labuschagne

Mr
Labuschagne has more than 17-years' experience in the mining
industry at operational and corporate levels. A South African,
Mr Labuschagne is a director and owner of Pacific Horizons,
a business development and change management agency. In 2002,
Mr Labuschagne was appointed the Head of Finance and Administration
for DRD Gold, and in 2004 he moved to Queensland to open DRD
Gold Australasia’s Brisbane office. His recent experience
includes Acting Chief Operating Officer of Emperor Mines Limited,
which involved the successful turnaround of the Vatukoula mine
in Fiji and initiation of a turnaround strategy for the Tolukuma
Gold Mine in PNG. |
