The Mount Morgan Mine Project is expected to employ around 70 people during construction and 50 people during operations. This is direct employment. Additionally, it is expected to generate indirect employment in the region for around 200 people over the life of mine (currently 12 years).

Norton is actively pursuing funding for the project, and when this is in place, expects to begin on-site construction. The construction period is expected to take around twelve months.
